This thread has a very appropriate title. Flood Prevention, Mitigation, & Recovery. The above project does nothing to fall into this thread. Banks, governments, Universities, NGOs all plan and nothing ever gets done. Natures solution fits all items in this thread and is the least expensive and most sustainable process ever known. Remember nature does not make floods. Man's mismanagement of resources causes the difficulities.
